(AKA: Nearly graduating)

Ahh...

1 - UCSD

I am nearly finished. Just working on this stupid ICAM senior project so I can get it over with, get my diploma, and get the hell out of here. San Diego is nice and all, but living conditions are wreaking havoc on me. I've lived in the San Gabriel Valley up in Los Angeles pretty much all my life, so it's not very humid and not very dry. However, living in SD, the air is freaking dry and I have to pay a small fortune on lotions... But, all in all, the biggest thing is getting out of here, because there's another tuition hike next quarter. WTF, right? As if things aren't going bad as is. Though, that leaves one less financial burden for my parents... I am so ready to move back home and rest before finding a job...

2 - Personal Logs...

Life is good, despite some bumps on the road. Have a nice companion now, though he's a little on the young side, but he's nice and well-mannered, unlike some people... But, I really do enjoy being single for the most part ^^

Mabinogi is still in in G15 - First Contract. Had a ton of issues going on, especially with the European Servers shutting down. So now, we also have to deal with these EU players (And trust me, some are NOT friendly at all...) on top of the hacks and stuff. Thankfully, not many crashes or hacks have been going on. For the most part, Mabipake seems to have gone underground and limited to a few people. Let's hope it stays that way since that mass outbreak left a pretty big scar on the community. But we are slowly rebuilding, thankfully. Also had to deal with some drama that was stirred up from here that was taken into the game apparently. G16 - Genesis should be around the corner since Taiwan is getting theirs on the 24th. Two new destinies will be added: Fighter/Monk and Bard. Fighters/Monks allow all races to use knuckles and chain the skills together (entry subtitle sort of plays into this...). Bards are given skills instead of having special scrolls equipped to activate buffs/debuff for allies and enemies. With this also come the controversial G16S2 skill overhaul. I really don't know what to say until I actually try this out myself. So, I'm gonna keep my opinions on this to myself until it is actually out. Still using archery even though my skills are all maxed. Working on mostly life skills now, most notably the evil skill of Tailoring. Hate how some of these manuals require so many materials... But oh well. It's worth it in the end. Even made myself some really nice robes and shoes to match that are apparently worth a ton (think 18 million gold minimum for the robe alone in Ruairi server). Regardless, I love it... x3

7 - Foxes, Dragons, and Antelopes... Oh my!

Installed Spirit Tales by Taiwanese game company X-LEGEND (Hosted by Koram Game Entertainment Corp.) to play on the side when Mabinogi is offline and in maintenance. This is mostly because my youngest sister, Puma, is playing it with a friend from her college and wanted me to sort of keep an eye on her. Oh jeez... This means I have to beef my character up to catch up with her in case something does happen... Whee... >>;;; Oh well, it's a side thing, so I won't grind too terribly. It's one of those SUPER CUTE games that she just wouldn't take her eyes off, so... Yeah...
